Awesome fitness opportunity!!!! The awesome folks at Personal Fitness 180 in Montgomery, AL have a great, affordable program. It is a fitness boot camp! The cost is very reasonable at $249 for 8 weeks on Monday and Wednesday at Hampstead at 6pm. If you bring a friend its half price. Max of 30 per bootcamp. If there is enough interest for mid day they will do it then as well. All you need is 5-10lb handweights, a mat, water, and towel. It averages 14$ per session!!
