My Lisa and I walked almost 7 1/2 miles today in 2 1/2 hours! Whew! I love spending time with her! Even though we were sweaty, stinky, yucky, irritable & our clothes were sticking to us, we still enjoyed a wonderful lunch & even did some shopping!
A wonderful blessing happened tonight that touched me like I cannot begin to explain. One of the lady's we are walking for and her husband, Bryan & Beverly Easley, gave me a nice donation tonight. Even though they are about to leave to go to MD Anderson in Houston, TX to continue her fight against this horrid disease, they wanted to donate to our walk.
Well, pray for Lisa & I as we plan to walk even farther this Friday! I know we can, I know we can, I know we can!
